This past weekend we decorated for Christmas! It was a wonderful chance to prepare for the birth of our Savior! (Well I guess to prepare for the remembrance of the birth of our Savior). While listening to Andrea Bocelli’s Christmas album with the aroma of pumpkin bread baking waftting through the house, we (and by “we” I mean “I”) strung lights and hung ornaments on our Douglas Fir, which had traveled from the mountains of Sparta, NC. We hope you enjoy our modest but happy decorations!
