Syrup Success

Success!  After tapping the trees, dragging the sap home, keeping the sap boiling for two days, adding more sap when needed and finally when all the sap had boiled to just a fraction of what was collected – behold the syrup.  We filled 1 1/3 of this sap bucket to make the one cup of syrup in the jar next to it.  Amazing but SO delicious.
Getting so little from so much!
